Very disappointed in Emirates

I have accidentally sign up to this app, while ing I clicked on unlock accidently and tried to cancel as soon as I realized 6700 miles will be deducted . Unfortunately I couldn’t cancel and the app deducted my miles. I immediately ed the app customer care thinking they would help me and understand my situation (especially as a gold member ), but to my surprise below was response from the app, very very disappointed on them partnering with such dishonest and low value app and even more disappointed with their customer service and reaction : Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to learn of your disappointment. As per our programme policy, Miles redeemed for the this app App offer are non refundable. The redemption process for the offer pack is a step by step process which requires your confirmation and acceptance of and conditions. I'm unable to offer an alternative solution and can't give this matter further consideration. Thank you for your understanding.

So many have been mislead and scammed into purchasing this with their skywards miles! It’s ridiculous. Most others Entertainer s use fee’s with limitation to use their specific card or partners. Thank God I also read the reviews before “clicking” and g up. I already have purchased the Entertainer 2019 in Dubai so what’s the use? Also many other cards give this away for free with their card usage. They need to revisit the program ASAP as the the app image is tarnished with this program style.
Disappointed in Emirates

I’m surprised the app would partner with these guys. They are not of the same caliber. The process is strange in that it requires you to pay miles to . Which is what I did before I found out the app is low-quality and offers little to no discounts on popular restaurants/theatre shows/etc. Why did I need to pay miles to learn that? Feels scammy

Great app.. snot only does it give a snapshot of what to expect in your destination but also the flexibility to buy activity tickets when you are there, depending on your mood or schedule ...great when you are more than one location.
