$100 hold for $25 fill up

I love the concept of a quick fill-up using the app’s mobile pay feature. Everything went smoothly from the GPS navigation to purchasing the gas. However, after I began filling up, $100 was withdrawn from my for just a $25 tank of gas. It’s been 6 days since the purchase was made and and the rest of the money (still listed as pending on my ) hasn’t been refunded. I love this feature but, due to the large withdrawal amount, I can’t afford to have several hundred dollars withdrawn for gas because I fill up a few times a month.

I have been using other company’s app such as Exon and shell they have some kind of discount program and they have multiple payment method most important is they have apply pay and Samsung pay too. On the other hand this app app offer only this app Card and Paypal payment method which is very nothing. As an employee working at the Texaco station I tried to off my customers but as soon as they see limited payment methods they refused to do it which I completely understand cuz not every one has Paypal or this app Texaco rewards card. I think we should fix this issue as soon as possible.
Waste of time compared to Exxon

Went Through all the headache of ing and installing the app only to find out that when I pull up to your gas stations the stations don't accept the mobile pay app option. But all the local Exxon mobile stations work seamlessly with their Exxon app and include Apple Pay etc. And outside vendor credit cards. You just wasted my time installing an app and filling out all the forms only to find that it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Come on guys get your act together

I think the app is okay. Not easy to use as the original app . To check your credit card balance you have to go through different steps to reach your this app . Why can’t you develop a simple app just for seeing and paying your card rather than this way. Thanks
