Get either Bluestacks or the Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the s folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Perfect Horizon on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Perfect Horizon"
The search will reveal the Perfect Horizon app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Perfect Horizon is ed inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Perfect Horizon.

Great if you only have 5 seconds of video to rotate, otherwise have fun paying 1.99, and the fact that the developer is so condescending towards people who give is pathetic. There are plenty of apps out there that flip videos that are cheaper, and they actually do more than just that. This is a lazy money grab from what I see. To anyone thinking of ing this app, just keep moving.

Does the job nicely but to have to pay for each correction doesn’t seem right.
